My name is Antoine Magnan. I have been an online entrepreneur for fifteen years and I live in Thailand. I have built, sold and still operate several online businesses — SEO affiliate sites, digital services, custom automations. My thesis: a solopreneur properly equipped with AI and automation can do the work of a team of five, with no office, no employees, and real geographic freedom.
What I do
My days are split between three things: operating my own businesses, automating whatever can be automated, and documenting what comes out of it. Most of my revenue comes from SEO niche sites and affiliate marketing; my margin comes from having no team to pay, because AI and automations cover what a junior would do.
How I work
No hype, no income promises, no race to the newest tool. I test, I keep what works, I document, I move on. Everything published here has been used in real conditions in my own businesses — not in a five-minute demo made for Twitter.
Why this site
Three reasons. First: to force myself to formalise my workflows so I can iterate on them. Second: to create a point of contact for the solopreneurs and entrepreneurs who want to work the way I do. Third: to test the SEO methods I recommend at full scale — this site is also a laboratory.
